Julia R. Crosby is Director of Administrative and Financial Services.  She has served SCMA in that capacity since 2000.  She is responsible for financial management and control, budgeting, and accounts receivable and payable.  She also directs financial activity for the Lowcountry Manufacturers Council, Made in South Carolina, Citizens for Sound Conservation, and various grants and programs.
